Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing to become a member of the Odisha Human Rights Council (OHRC). We are dedicated to ensuring that your membership card is delivered in a timely and secure manner. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policy, specifically for members within Odisha.
Once you complete your membership registration, the OHRC team will process your membership card within 10 business days. This processing time is required to ensure that all membership details are accurately recorded.
The membership card will be shipped only within the state of Odisha. We are unable to process shipping requests outside of Odisha at this time.
Once your membership card is processed, it will be dispatched via standard delivery. The expected delivery time is 10-20 business days within Odisha, excluding weekends and public holidays.
OHRC offers free shipping for all membership cards within the state of Odisha. There are no additional charges for delivery.
Currently, we do not offer detailed tracking for membership card shipments. However, once your card is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the shipment.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We are currently only able to ship membership cards within the state of Odisha. Shipping to other regions is unavailable at this time.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: In case your membership card is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@ohrc.org.in. We will look into the issue and provide a solution, including issuing a replacement if necessary.
All membership fees and donations made towards your membership are non-refundable. The funds will be used to support OHRC’s initiatives related to human rights protection, legal aid, and advocacy programs.
Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstance. The donations contribute to OHRC’s operations, and as such, no refunds will be issued for fees or donations.
